For physiotherapists & rehab professionals

Your program works.
The printout doesn't.

By Wednesday they've forgotten the tempo. Rambody puts it in their pocket, in your video, and shows you what they actually did.

No subscription. Your first 3 patients are free.

From printout to program

The same protocol, before and after.

You build the protocol once. Your patient gets it in their pocket, in your video.

The gap between sessions

You see a patient for 30 minutes. The other 10,050 minutes of their week are where recovery is actually won or lost, and you have no view into any of it.

📄

The handout gets lost

A photocopied sheet of line drawings goes in a bag and never comes out again. Nobody is doing tempo work off a stick figure.

🤷

You're guessing at adherence

"How did the exercises go?" gets you an answer the patient wants to be true. You're adjusting a program on unreliable data.

💬

Questions land in your texts

"Is this pain normal?" arrives on WhatsApp at 9pm, mixed in with your personal life and impossible to find later.

Retention

Ghosting starts long before the missed appointment

A no-show is the last step in a chain that started weeks earlier, on the day the program quietly stopped.

WEEK 1

They leave with the program and fully intend to do it.

WEEK 2

One movement is unclear. They half-remember it, do it wrong, or skip it.

WEEK 3

Nothing feels like it is improving, and they have no evidence that it is.

THE APPOINTMENT

It now reads as an expense with nothing to show for it. They cancel, or simply never rebook.

Inside the app

Build the protocol once, reuse it for every patient

The real app, start to finish, with nothing cut out. This is a training block, but a post-op protocol is built the same way.

1

Open the patient

Their history, measurements and progress sit on one screen, so you can see where they are before you change anything.

2

Add the movements

Your own filmed exercises, with the regression and the cue you actually give, or anything from the library.

3

Set the dosage

Sets, reps and load per movement, phase by phase, across as many weeks as the protocol runs.

4

Send & Save it as a template

The next patient with the same presentation starts from your protocol, and you adjust from there instead of rebuilding it.

Built around how you actually work

Not a generic fitness app with a rehab label on it.

Most requested

Your movements, your cues, your video

  • Film it the way you teach it
  • Your regression, your band placement, your cue
  • They see you, not a stock model
  • 1,500-exercise library when you want a shortcut

See what was actually done

  • Patients tick off sessions as they go
  • Check their profile before the appointment
  • Know before you ask

Questions in one place

  • In-app messaging, not your personal phone
  • Every question tied to the right patient

Progress they can see

  • Measurements and body analysis over time
  • Visible progress is what carries week six

Programs you reuse

  • Build your post-op ACL protocol once
  • Send it in under a minute
  • Adjust it per patient

They open the app and see your clinic

  • Your splash screen, your home screen
  • Never a directory of other practitioners
  • No marketplace: they reach you by link or ID only
See branded app

You don't pay until you get paid

There's no subscription and nothing to cancel. If you're building a private practice, or you're the only physio in it, the software shouldn't be charging you before it has brought you anyone.

$0

Monthly fee

$3.99

Once, per patient you accept

3

Patients free to start

You buy a credit only when a patient is ready to start with you. Take a month off, and it costs you nothing.

Not only physiotherapists

If your work is a plan the person has to follow when you're not in the room, Rambody fits.

Chiropractors

Mobility and corrective work between adjustments

Kinesiologists

Return-to-activity and conditioning programs

Dietitians

Nutrition plans in the same place as the training

Post-op rehab

Phased protocols that progress week by week

Corrective trainers

Clients handed over from a clinic

Set up before your next patient

Around 15 minutes, once.

1

Download the practitioner app and set up your profile

Your name, your credentials, the services you offer and what each one costs.

2

Build one program you use often

Add your own exercise videos as you go. You only build each one once.

3

Send your link to a patient

Every practitioner gets a free personal page. Put it in your email signature, your clinic page, or your Instagram bio.

4

They request a program, you send it

It lands in their app with your videos attached. That's when the $3.99 applies, and only then.

Questions practitioners ask

Do I have to use your exercise library? +

No. You can film your own movements and add them with your own photos and video, so patients see the technique exactly the way you teach it. The 1,500-exercise library is there when you want a shortcut, not instead of your own work.

Is this a replacement for my clinic management system? +

No, and it isn't trying to be. Rambody handles the part between appointments: the program, the adherence, the messaging. Your booking, charting and billing stay where they are.

What if my patient isn't good with technology? +

They install one app and tap a link you send them. From there the program is a list with a video on each item. If someone genuinely can't use a phone, keep printing for them. Most of your caseload isn't that person.

What does it cost if I only see a few patients? +

Almost nothing. That's the point. There's no subscription. You pay $3.99 once per patient you accept, your first 3 are free, and a month with no new patients costs you $0.

Can my whole clinic use it? +

Yes. Each practitioner works from their own profile and their own patient list. If you want patients to open the app on your clinic's own branded screens, that's the branded app add-on.

Try it on your next three patients

They're free. If your patients don't engage with it any more than they did with the handout, you've lost nothing but an afternoon. There's no subscription to cancel.
