Terms of Use

1. Acceptance
Match Scanner (the “App”) is provided by Rambody (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and be authorized to manage the business you register. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Account menu inside the App.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful inventory-management purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of the inventory data and photos you add to the App. You grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide the service to you, including sending images to our recognition provider to read product and invoice details.
5. Service & Availability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” Product lookups and photo recognition are best-effort and may not be complete or accurate; you are responsible for verifying inventory figures before relying on them. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rambody shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the App.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at https://www.rambody.com/matchscanner/terms/. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
